Emily A. Thompson is a lifelong Delaware resident, public servant, and community advocate who lives on her family’s farm in Hartly. Raised in a multigenerational farming and small-business family, she learned the values of hard work, responsibility, and service early in life.

Emily has dedicated her career to serving children, families, and vulnerable populations across Delaware. She currently serves as the Home Visiting Program Administrator in the Division of Public Health, overseeing evidence-based programs that support at-risk families and create lasting, positive impact.

Emily is running for Delaware State Senate in the 15th District because she believes leadership should listen, spend responsibly, and deliver for the people it serves. Her priorities include supporting agriculture and small businesses, strengthening early intervention and education, and holding state government accountable.
